Orgasm of Soul is deeply committed to safeguarding your privacy. We package your order in plain, unmarked envelopes and boxes that look like any other mail or parcel. The only visible details are the mailing addresses—our name, “Orgasm of Soul,” will never appear on the outside of your package.

Domestic Shipping Information
Standard Shipping
Delivered in the eastern United States in 7-15 business days. Delivered in the western United States, Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories in 7-15 business days. These orders are delivered by the United States Postal Service. Standard shipping can be used for any destination, including PO/APO/FPO addresses.
Expedited Shipping
Delivered in the western United States within 7-10 business days. Place your order before 4:15pm (ET) Monday through Friday, and we will process your order that same day. These orders are delivered by the United States Postal Service.
Special Exceptions
Please note that carriers will not deliver orders on holidays. We try to account for this when determining your anticipated delivery date. However, we cannot account for unexpected delays due to severe weather, shipping delays, and other potential issues.
International Shipping Information
Shipping rates can vary by country. During checkout, you will see the specific shipping rates for your order before you place it. We are not responsible for any duties, customs, or taxes for orders shipped outside the United States. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.
DHL Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery: 7 to 15 business days. Duties and taxes may be due upon receipt. Door-to-door tracking.
DHL Express Delivery
Estimated delivery: 7 to 15 business days. Duties and taxes may be due upon receipt. Door-to-door tracking.
Shipping Exceptions
International orders might be delayed while they clear customs. DHL, and other carriers, do not pick up or deliver on US holidays, which might delay your order. This will be noted when you checkout and in your online order status.
For orders with individual items priced at $250 or more, or when the total order exceeds $400, Orgasm of Soul requires a signature upon delivery.

Orgasm of Soul products are shipped in plain, unmarked envelopes and boxes, with only our return address on the mailing label to ensure privacy.
Shipping To Military Addresses
All U.S. military personnel are considered to reside in the United States, regardless of where they are stationed, for shipping purposes. Because of this standard, there are certain special guidelines you must follow to deliver an order to a military address.
• Address the package like normal with the recipient’s name and other information.
• Instead of city, select either APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office).
• Instead of state, select AA (Armed Forces Americas), AE (Armed Forces Europe & Middle East), or AP (Armed Forces Pacific).
• Enter the zip code provided by the military.
• For Country, select United States regardless of where the recipient is stationed.
Because of military guidelines, we have to ship your order via the United States Postal Service.
Backordered Items & Shipping Policies
If an item in your order is backordered, it will be shipped separately at a later date using standard shipping, with no additional charge. Please note that free or backordered items are not eligible for express shipping, and this status is available in your online Order Status. If you selected express delivery but none of the items were shipped via that method, we will refund the difference.

How is my order packaged?

Why isn’t Priority or Express Mail available for my order?
Priority and Express Mail options are available only for orders sent to P.O. Boxes, offering a faster alternative to standard delivery for those addresses.
When will my order ship?
You can view the status of your order anytime. Orders placed with express options like UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2-Day Air, or Priority Mail are shipped the same day if placed by 4:15 pm ET. Standard orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Estimated delivery dates are provided during checkout based on your selected shipping method.
Does UPS deliver on weekends?
UPS Next Day and UPS 2-Day options apply to business days only. Saturday delivery may be available at checkout for certain zip codes, but UPS does not deliver on most holidays.
Is a signature required for my order?
Orgasm of Soul requires a signature for orders that contain items priced at $250 or more, or for total orders exceeding $400.
