If you need to return an item, to simplify the process, you can request an exchange or refund within 3 days of purchase. If the return is due to a non-human-caused mechanical failure, you are eligible for an exchange or refund. However, products that are personal or sensitive items, or those used, or for other reasons, are not accepted for return. This is part of our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and our ongoing commitment to providing excellent service.

Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, we do not accept direct shipments, and original shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding.

How To Return An Item

For your convenience, we’ve streamlined the returns process to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Just follow these simple steps:

    1. Print and fill out the Return Request Form to allow us to process your return faster and more efficiently.
    2. Pack your items securely and include your completed return form.
    3. Depending on your shipping carrier, use one of the corresponding addresses below:

What if I don’t have a printer? Just provide the the following information on a piece of paper and include it in your package:

  1. Your full Name and Address
  2. The items(s) you are returning.
  3. The email address used on the order.
  4. Reason for the return and what you are requesting. If you would like a refund, simply write “Refund”. If you would like a different item, please provide the item description as well as the item number if available.

What Happens Next?

We refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as it is processed and you’ll receive an email confirmation once the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
